Telemark Workshop January 3-4, 2009 Jiminy Peak Hancock, MA The Program: A two-day comprehensive Telemark instructional clinic specially designed for serious amateur and professional skiers who wish to master the art of Telemark skiing at ski areas and in the backcountry. "Who said you have to wait years to learn Telemark skiing?" This clinic is worth five years of trial and error. The focus is on plenty of skiing, technique analysis via video taping, corrective exercises, skill building skiing games, and casual and focused coaching on your personal style of skiing. Clinics will be held in small teaching and free skiing groups and individually. This workshop is staffed for beginner as well as intermediate and advanced Telemarkers . Pre-registration is required and will be limited. Workshop Conductor: Dick Hall is founder and director of North American Telemark Organization and has taught over thirty thousand skiers and hundreds of professional instructors and guides the secrets of Telemark skiing. He's been chief examiner for P.S.I.A. Nordic and has produced four best selling instructional videos on Telemark skiing including his new interactive DVD " The Joy of Telemark Skiing." . We will be joined by N.A.T.O. staff.

An instructional weekend specially designed for serious amateur and professional skiers who wish to master the art of Telemark skiing from both a Backcountry and Alpine point of view. Gain a better understanding of all forms of Telemark skiing from beginner to advanced levels. The focus is on plenty of skiing, technique analysis via video taping, personal coaching, corrective exercises and user-friendly skill building progressions and ski games. Ski and learn in small free skiing groups and one on one. This workshop will advance your Telemark skiing skills by five years. Participants should be intermediate Telemark, Nordic, or Alpine skiers.
